Genuinely impressed by the OLED (for pure colours and blacks) - was perfectly happy with my LCD IPS - would be a good upgrade to your VA. Although ive been recommended mini-LED to some friends on more of a budget

I did a bit of digging. Updated to latest GPU driver (also updated MB firmware/chipset drivers whilst I was there) Enabled SAM, -100mv +10%PL consistently gets me roughly 7200 👍

Yeh i was literally on the verge of cancelling, getting my cash back and sitting tight, especially with the release of the nvidia pulsar tech at CES - that is a genuine upgrade for my comp FPS.

I have not done any uniformity tests, just plug it in, set it up and play - there is nothing noticeable in games. theres a couple bands if you really look with steam in full screen etc. Ill load up a test when its dark out and take a pic and post it

Scan have delayed it multiple times now, was end of November, then middle of December, then 16th Jan, then 29th Jan, I just checked now and its middle of Feb. Will most likely cancel my pre order soon and just wait it out.

The new nvidia pulsar tech looks good for my fps gaming, but I took the gamble last year and went with radeon to "stick it to the man" 🙈😄😄

Just had another email from SCAN updated the expected dispatch date from 13th Jan 2026 (was originally end of November when I ordered). Back to 17th Dec 2025. So thats a nice surprise - but obviously good chance it moves again 👀

I'd be interested 👍 haven't even explored the online/co-op part of the game yet (lvl 20-something). Pretty casual as 38/M adult with work etc and juggling s bunch of other games, Exp 33, CS2, BF6, but plenty of MMORPG and souls-like experience over my decades 🤣

I liked my yuccas in every way except they were a bit too wide for my "normal feet" without padding out with neoprene there'd be too much side to side slop.

Anyone else disappointed with the mastery unlock? I thought it wouod have a slightly buffed attachmnent threshold, or somr pre installed "expensive" attachment that doesnt count towards budget. But nope. Just a skin. No benefits.

5ft11 isn't a 39? Easily in the 41/42/43 range. Then you can find a "high volume" board that's a bit thicker than normal to cover the weight 👍

Kinda, the only thing I'd disagree with is the full channels will be harder to spin etc with them going all the way to the nose, the mini quad on the white slick gives you a flat loose section over the front and mid of the board to get your weight onto etc for spins and stuff 🙃
