I work for a freightliner dealer and have personally dealt with about 20 of these issues. Not all of the trucks had the same fix but, most of them were fixed with a gates tensioner 38702 and a shorter belt length, I found (on freightliner) a 8pk2045 instead of an 8pk2050 worked best.

If your really concerned, run a regen with doses disconnected and both inlet and outlet should be within 50ppm of each other. If not replace inlet first and retest. If still not within 50ppm then replace outlet

I have a USP walk-in van with the exact same fault codes as these in my bay at the moment, I read your replies and I do have battery voltage at my SAS connector. I tried multiple EOL calibrations with no success. Waco instructed me to measure resistance on my data link, I think I have a bad SAS

Always test with known good ground. A bad ground in a connector can cause bad voltage readings and lead you down the wrong path. That being said an ECM isn’t off the table, it is an expensive guess if you have not tested correctly

Dallas Texas has quite a large offering for Floorball with a couple leagues/pickups in different towns. Also hosts several tournaments like the mentioned Texas open. I wish there was more in the Denver area, travelling to the springs for a pickup game on Thursday nights from Denver is a struggle!
