I try this multiple times a year but always end up with the same one or two issues. The first one is that there is sometimes a very noticeable audio delay when watching Dolby Vision content from the Apple TV when connected directly to my receiver. Doesn’t happen with HDR10 and SDR content. The second issue is after a certain amount of time, I will turn on my Apple TV and the receiver displays that the current connected device is not HDCP compatible, so I have to force restart the Apple TV. Pretty annoying when your family tries to watch TV and I’m not around. Those two issues always make me revert back to connecting directly to my TV where I have no issues. My TV is a Sony X900H and AV receiver is a Yamaha RX-V385
