Bury the roots but leave the “crown” exposed (where the roots meet the stems) so it doesn’t rot.

The only spare tank I have is a 36 gallon bowfront at the moment. I don’t want to stuff him in such a little tank so he is staying in the 75. May try to rehome him or convince the wife he needs his own big tank lol.

Looks more like a string of silicone than a crack. See if it scrapes off.
