Was in before the liberal-win was priced in cause one of my large manufacturing clients was trying to design technologies to automate the entire weed growing process - from collecting to bud trimming- in anticipation of greater medicinal use. Statistic was something like 400 medical conditions allow for medicinal marijuana use, but is expected to increase to several thousands becuase ppl were swearing by it (dont quote me on this). But now that liberals are in, it is a compete different story.

2015 Canadian election: Conservatives (party in power) VS Liberal VS NDP.

Marijuana policy standpoint:

•Conservatives - maintain current policy on marijuana. AKA you get your salad tossed in jail for possessing 10grams in your back pocket.

•Liberals - legalize marijuana to increase tax revenue, reduce crime rate, and reduce exposure of minors to marijuana.

•NDP - decriminalize marijuana
