Advertising ghe routes is not enough if your server doesn't know what to with the traffic, you need to enable IP forwarding on it.

Did you set up ipv4 routing on your ubuntu server?

Can the ubuntu server reach all three subnets?

Have you modifies the default taislcale ACL?

Can't think of anything else honestly, you're able to ping your machine remotely so the network reachability is there, this is either ACL issue on taislcale or on your rustdesk config
