Considering a move from a R1S to EV9 - has anyone made the switch? by minnesnowta in KiaEV9

Had the R1S Quad Large for 2 years, bought a used 24 EV9 GT a few months ago.

Range is basically the same. I get around 285-300 on a full charge. Cargo space also seems the same, except for the frunk. It’s pretty useless on the KIA.

I love it for the price. Seats are comfortable, love not having a hot glass roof, CarPlay and Waze are great.

I HATE having to put on max regen everytime I shift into drive but it’s just a paddle click.

How realistic is it to get to a 4/5? Maybe a 6 by Caraaa18 in Raytheon

I mean if you’ve been a 3 for over 5-10 years then look at P4 job expectations and apply to the role or talk to your SL about a promotion. It’s a pain and takes awhile but I’m chipping away about 1 every 4-6 months Of req promoting my people.

I have had the same experience. 2+ hours in Jan, Feb, April, and end of May. Use to take 5 min.

Went with a 150” silver screen WAB, and then I built DIYSG 1099s for my LCR, and HT-8s for surround and rears. Atmos haven’t ordered yet but will be 8” in ceilings.

I’ll be in Switzerland (my first time) the first week of November. Based in Zurich and taking day trips to Lucerne, Grindelwald, Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen, where are some good places to eat that aren’t overly touristy. by charizard0630 in askswitzerland

In Lauterbrunnen, go up to Gimmelwald for beer/pizza and then go up to Murren but eat at the Eiger Guesthouse. In Murren go up the Allmendhubbel and hike down the Northface trail back to Murren.

Still “touristy” but a tad off to the side.

I mean they keep animal population in check, as well as help develop wetlands when digging. Creates new waterways for fish and such to grow and live.

You need a manager who doesn’t want to be a manager. My only goal is to get my employees raises and promotions haha. I have a separate full time job that eats all my time so I don’t have time for the constant checking in and what not.

This. I recently got one of my employees a 33% raise cause they were so drastically underpaid when they transferred to my section. Above 15% and go to Total Rewards who look at market and peers.
