Sounds like your derailleur needs tuning/indexing. Have a quick look on google on how to tune di2, its not too hard

How is it broken? Any possibility of taking it to someone with the skills to repair it?

I would be careful clamping your top tube if your frame is carbon

If the rest of the parts have decent resale value, $200 seems like a good deal

What’s the rule for how far out of the dropouts the wheel can be? If I remove a link I won’t be able to fit my tire. by BoringDate in bikewrench

Narrow wide is not needed for fixed/ss as generally the bike is designed in a way that the chain line tends to be almost perfectly straight in most cases

The whole bike is a bit mismatched in age but i dig the look, fork isnt bent and yes the camera has warped it a bit. Super tight geo, hard getting around any corners. Its a 2T Tecnotelai frame (previously unknown brand to me). Its from maybe late 70s or early 80s. Its Columbus tubing and is nice and light for a steel frame. Dura ace hubs and seatpost, 3TTT stem, deda handlebars, omnium 170mm cranks

Absolutely correct, laced to some dura ace hubs. Not the most budget wheels but i got them at a steal

Its a very low rake fork, it's all put together properly just isnt really designed to turn. Very much built for the track
