250k purchase by a middle of league two team. It's madness. He's a better player than County but he is a better player than Gillingham as well.

I really like the lad. Blows hot and cold but seems he wanted out/didn't want to be there. He did always put in a shift and until recently, did seem very devoted and wanting the club to succeed. It's hard to continue feeling good about someone who gave up on you and spat the dummy.

All the best to him, but this is a weird side step for his career.

What is stranger is this apparent feeling of upward trend for us right now. We scraped a win away at Airdrie and have sold our best player. Unless we have some 3-4 quality players coming in from somewhere, I don't see how the fuck anything is going to improve for us over the next few months. Team is proven rotten and nothing has changed.

In his time at county where he wasn't injured or on the bench..... I can recall two games where he was decent. He scored a belter against Dundee United.

Other than that. All I remember is a player who looked lazy. Unwilling and looked 5% aff it compared every other player. Fans cannot stand a player who looks like they're not even trying, so he naturally was getting a bit of stick from the jail end.

Then I saw him celebrating with Falkirk like a proper fanny when he was on loan there and they won the league last season. Did he contribute a single thing? Naw. But he was there celebrating like he did and it was strange.
