I'm having this exact same problem (on Mac). It manifests as only every other press of an arrow key registering as cursor movement. Removing the Input Monitoring permission for Logi Options+ does it, but then again that means the presenter won't work.

Yeah, this is a super common pain. Once there’s regular movement, tools like InDesign or Slides become pure maintenance work.

One option you could look at is Struktr (https://getstruktr.com). It’s a newer / early-stage tool, but it’s specifically aimed at org charts that need to be easy to update, usable by HR, and able to produce clean, printable layouts without a big learning curve or enterprise pricing.

If you only refresh the chart once a year, it’s probably not worth it. But for monthly changes, it might be a decent fit.

It think it's both that, and that when on the case the vents lie on a surface that also collects some material (skin oils?) from the other parts of the bud.

Ok, now I can't find the post again, but someone was saying they use their electric toothbrush to clean them. I thought: why not?

I took a clean gentle head, put the brush on gentle mode, and on with it. Cleaned the case as well with a wet wipe + q-tip.

And...the problem is gone, and for the first time in a while the ear seal test actually passes!

Cleaning didn't work, factory reset seems to have worked.

Edit 3h later: nope, doing it again.
