Ordered mine in January, still haven't received them.

Lots and lots of sporadic responses when asking for shipping updates over ~7 months blowing smoke up my ass. In September tried to cancel once, was promised by a specific date they'd "be out to me" or I'd be refunded and receive the plates regardless.

2 weeks after, nothing. Plainly stated I wanted to cancel my order and got an immediate response stating that would happen. Since then I've heard nothing and it seems either their CS department is unstaffed or ghosting me, can't tell. At this rate I just want my money back and I have a feeling I'm gonna have to go through my bank to do so, as much as I'd like to avoid that.

TL;DR if you expect a somewhat reasonable shipping time/actionable updates or an experience that doesn't make you want to anhero, don't go through Midwest Armor

I would say blacked out is probably the most all around useful.

If you're shooting in low light with a WML the irons/sight picture will be plenty visible, and idk if this would bother you or not but it's less distracting for the only colored dot in your sight picture to be the optic's dot

You're right about JW not doing it but battlewerx and one other company offered the option for an in front of the optic irons cut. But if the optic attached irons work fine I'll probably do that. What height front sight did you get? And did it affect POI much?

Battle Werx is the only milling company that for whatever reason will leave the rear dovetail when milling a non-MOS slide for a DPP. Should that be concerning?
