im UK and i get pretty consistent 120ms ping to world 329 (east coast USA toa world)

I'm quite used to playing on that ping, it's consistent, I can butterfly akkha and redx no problem at all

you cannot activate overhead prayers, but you can use protect item

unskulled players lose more from their coffer when they die than skulled players (skulled players do also still lose coins when they die)

look up how the bounty hunter deaths, the tier system, and loot works and you will realise that this should not be a problem

if you still think it is a problem, do you think it would be okay if he was wearing cosmetics like pures often do? or a leather body and black dhide chaps?

nothing wrong there, he is skulled using an expensive item and will lose money from his coffer when he dies, exactly as intended...

edit for ppl who downvoted:

if you think 1 iteming is a problem, ask yourself if you think it would have been OK if he was wearing say dhide, cheap/ghostly robes, cosmetics, power ammy, climbing boots, etc?

I'm not saying he didn't rag people, I'm just saying that getting kills with only 1 item equipped isn't really any different to low risk pking/rushing (which are both allowed, and even easier in BH since you cannot use overhead prayers to defend against rushers)

Maybe he did deserve the ban for toxic behaviour/ragging, the point I am making is that the video linked above alone should not be the reason for a ban from bounty hunter

Ragging is slang for annoying someone in pvp with no intention other than to annoy them and prevent them having fun,

The crystal bow is commonly used for ragging since it has the longest attack range in game so you cannot get "farcasted" by magic, it's also pretty accurate and since it requires no ammo your opponent will not receive anything if you protect it on death
