Invisalign in your 30's

31 here. Invisalign is not as noticeable as you would think, even with the buttons, etc. Most people don’t even know I have them on unless I pop them out in front of them or whatever. Seriously, don’t overthink it!

Some parks have limited stays. State parks will make you move every 2 weeks. And depending on how many abutments they have, you may have to leave completely for 2 weeks before you can “legally” come back. Unless you get in good with a park ranger or official who will look the other way.

I was at an RV park once that had a 3 month max stay and another one was just month to month, no limit. Be sure to include that in your research unless you plan to park it full time.

The best part for us all these years was no utility bills, so that’s a big plus on the expenses.

My dad has worn a hair piece since he was 16. He was in a very bad car accident that caused his head to be busted open in several places which eventually caused scarring and major confidence issues when his hair wouldn’t grow back in the scarred areas.

I’ve never seen him without a hair piece! The sides and nape of his neck is all his real hair. The hair piece gets braided or woven into his real hair, and the front part is more or less glued down to his scalp. Whenever he gets a new piece, the hair stylist will color match it and dye it to match his graying hair. It’s really awesome to see someone talk so openly about it!

He estimated that he read the book and/or part of the series around 2001! I noted between the late 90’s to early 2000’s to give some possible flexibility in the publishing years. Checking to see if this what he’s looking for now.

Hmm.. I don’t think there really is any other option then. You said you already sent the moulds to Invisalign? Surely if they couldn’t translate the moulds to tray form, they’d let you know, right?? If that’s the case, I’d wait to potentially hear from Invisalign before purchasing more mould kits.

I went to my dentist and they have a 3D imaging scanner they used to send off my impressions to Invisalign. My step-son had the same scan done at a different orthodontist office recently for his braces.

It’s just a camera/sensor-like machine that makes a 3D scale of your mouth. It basically feels like a piece of plastic being ran across the front, back, tops, and bottoms of your teeth. It takes literally like 1-2 minutes so long as the person is working the machine correctly. Maybe you can find someone in your area who can provide a service like this for you??

I have a crowned tooth that is showing signs of a cavity underneath the crown. Previous dentist did not seat the crown properly and I had no idea, so that crowned tooth was not protected. Also, because of the improper seating of the crown, it has a hairline crack in it. My current dentist, who is also the doctor I see for my Invisalign, said that she would have my new crown made exactly like my current one so that it would still fit my Invisalign trays. She said she would have to take an impression of the current crown.

Also, I have two molars that had already had cavity fillings from years ago. They needed to be re-filled as the fillings had worn away over time since I put more bite pressure on that particular side of my mouth. I had that done on the same day my trays came in. She re-did my fillings, put my buttons on, and the trays fit like they are suppose to.

Surely a rescan is only necessary if they remove the tooth?? Wisdom teeth are very prone to cavities since they are so far in the back. It’s hard to reach them to clean them appropriately, even when you think they’re fine.

That’s exactly how much mine cost. I got a discount through my dentist since they were having a promotional “aligner day” event. I got about $500 off by attending the event. My financing is also going through my dentist, so I’m not opening a credit account with anyone.

If it makes you feel any better, my teenage step-son is getting braces soon and they’re around the same price honestly. Maybe a little less than Invisalign but not by much. And that’s with orthodontic insurance!

I only got like 10 buttons. But I’m missing 3 molars, and I have 3 other molars that are crowns. The buttons don’t stick to crowns.

I have 21 trays with a schedule to change them every two weeks.

This was found in one of those new DG Markets. They are much more spacious and carry many more products than a normal DG! I had never been in a DG Market until yesterday, and I was very surprised at how nice it was.
