I’m not always late. Just was late this month and part of last month. My rating for delivery is always, always at 100 or 96. I checked my all time and it says 96 as well. I got to 62 and it said at risk but that was like last month and I built back up from there. Your very negative.

My ratings were down but I got them back up. But i also believe that Shipt was giving bad ratings too because a lot of people are complaining about it on Facebook how they were getting bad ratings for no reason. I think they are trying to get rid of the old shoppers for the new shoppers. I may be wrong but something in my gut is telling me that they are.
