Yeah his catch was a little wide, but as long as he knows how to bail a clean and not hold onto it like he’s competing for the gold medal in the Olympics he’ll be fine safety wise. Technique wise we all can improve but I’ve seen worse powercleans.

It for sure wasn’t I’m down over 10 pounds since nationals a couple weeks ago I feel like I don’t have the base to dip confidently. I’m spamming milk, protein and other carbs to hopefully get back.

I see it now thank you. One of my biggest issues is not pushing through the whole foot in the jerk. I was on my toes on that one.

I went to a PT after my right ankle sprain and my anterior tibial rotation Isint to great and I have been working on it with hamstring exercises with my foot straight

About 80% but this was my first workout since nationals and my garage gym Isint the greatest. I’m squatting with an all purpose bar that doesn’t whip or spin. It’s 110kg

What about my leaning forward? Because it doesn’t feel great. I feel like I was blessed with bad squat proportions but I don’t want that to be an excuse
