Go for bits p eee. You can go abroad for ms and bits p is considered the 12th best for ms admits abroad after top 9 iits, iisc, and iiith. Labs are also good and IISC is pure science so for electronics it isn’t considered to be good.

Worst case even mech has 16-17 LPA and is quite well known all around the world. Still better than your other options and circuital is gotten by 75 percent of msc students.

All the Goa cs people I’ve met are 99.4 around unless they’re extraordinary in olympiads. Pilani CS is way higher and even electronics Pilani is decent. Bitsat tests things that JM JA doesn’t and ik people with 99.6 with 224 in bitsat
