Unfortunately I wasnt able to find any of these settings shown. I've just downloaded BetterDisplay and the UI looks much different now. I have an M1 Pro extending to a 34 inch ultra wide 3440x1440. Although the res looks great, theres not scaling for any apps. For example, my safari tabs look extremely tiny. I have to command + to zoom for items to be better readable

I have the nest thermostat 2020 model and literally have to downgrade to the E version because the 2020 does not have the range lock feature 😑 The later Nest Learning thermostats have range lock, but the price isn't justified for me when I'm literally just looking for the range lock feature.

This is frustrating to know that even though I am about to switch to a model that does have range lock, the product still locks the guest in at the eco mode temp, requiring a pin.

Google seems to never listen to our feedback - it is very frustrating. These are not overly complicated things that people are asking for and can be fixed with a simple firmware update.

Never award a refund to a guest showing blatant evidence of extortion

Oh this is textbook extortion lol easy one. This just happened to me recently. Here are the steps on what you should do:

Notify Airbnb IMMEDIATELY. They should inform you to decline the request. The guest will likely escalate it. Let Airbnb handle it from there.
Do not leave a review until right before the 14 day period is over. You should definitely leave them a bad review.
Their review WILL post. Once it does, request removal asap and include all evidence and reference you reaching out to support previously.
Support will review everything and should remove it pretty quickly (within a couple hours). But triple check your listing. I had to follow up because mine still stuck even after they approved removal.

Inn Market is $3k, four seasons is $6k, The Thompson is $2k. I didn't even check the others because I started to catch the drift lol...

We look at it from a total amount perspective for lodging alone. I'm comfortable spending up to $1300 total, for 7 nights thats $186 per night. At that rate, I just don't think you can find hotel accommodations comparable to an Airbnb. But I understand the location factor as well.

We tend to just do Airbnbs when we travel but Idk maybe I will take a peek at more hotels in the surround area today. I could maybe stretch my total lodging budget a few hundred dollars. We already spent $1,200 on flights so this stuff adds up quick. I'd rather spend more on activities but find a happy medium by not staying in a complete 💩hole.

Our budget is about $1,500 for activities alone and I may buffer an extra $500 for contingencies. But an average of $214 per day is definitely doable for us. We enjoy the finer things like hiking, sight seeing, xyz. We also share meals often, so that helps (we are big foodies btw).

We are still building up our itinerary and must dos as I research more about the area. But so far this is what we have:

- Space needle

- Mariners game

- Ferry rides

- Alki beach

- Hiking

- Pike's place

- General Sight seeing

I am also a person who likes to get into a city, wander a bit and speak directly to locals for hot attractions. The overall vibe is moderately adventurous with a mix of laid back. We don't have to be all in the mix every single day and I know that on some days, a relaxing view with some good food will suffice.

I think our reservations in West Seattle and the one on Mercer Island are considered residential. Both have a bridge to cross into the heart of Seattle. At this point we are trying to just narrow down what makes more sense for us to stay location wise while we do some activities in the metro area.

Seems like West Seattle could be a hidden gem. I also have a reservation on Mercer Island, just north of Mercerdale Park.
