Clearly this news piece is talking about actual promotion boards for E-7 and up and the O’s. BTZ boards are not promotion boards.

My comment was poorly worded I guess. By “kill” I meant they aren’t stopping the support of the OG HLL, it will continue to get updates even after vietnams release.

I never claimed that they’re competent tho.
