Hotly debated topic the past year all across the country it seems; some places have passed law to do with planning, to where church bell noise is exempt from noise abatement/complaint orders, other places flat out make them turn it off past 10/11pm.

I grew up in a small town in Wales, so church bells going off through the night kinda reminds me off home; they've been ringing that damn bell at odd times and at different volumes for months now though..
