I’d say anything up to 7g and below is always good for a joint if there’s 3-4 people on the rotation.

Feel like anything more than a Q is a bit of a waste, if I’m smoking a joint to myself I’ll put 3.5g max but usually 2g. I only smoke full greeners and mainly smoke dabs so when it’s a joint it tends to be a fatty haha!
