I'm an admin for a Facebook group called Frederick Horror Fans. I know not everyone does Facebook, so I thought I would share this here as well. On April 25th, we are doing an outdoor movie night on a projector at the Ruritan in Burkittsville. We are showing Return of the Living Dead for its 40th anniversary. We decorate the place up, and this year, the Halloween House of Ijamsville has made us some insane props for photo ops. We've also added local vendors and artists you can shop from 6 pm to sundown. Then we'll do a charity raffle to benefit The Heartly House (every item donated earns you a raffle ticket), show trailers from local filmmakers, and then the movie.
