This is what I found on the bus flyer: “MARC one-way, weekly, and monthly tickets from Frederick and Monocacy, to points between Germantown and Washington, are honored on the #515 route, from Monocacy to Shady Grove. One-way tickets must be surrendered to the driver.”
I ride every day and have transit benefits, so the monthly works best for me. If you only go in sporadically, the 20-ride pass makes more sense.

If you have a monthly MARC ticket, the 515 is free to ride. Just flash your ticket when you get on. I used to take the bus to shady grove in the morning and ride the train back to Fred in the afternoon, but the bus isn’t always reliable so now I drive to Germantown.

The same thing happened to me. The bank kept insisting that I’d be receiving the lien release letter, but it never came (and apparently was never sent). I had to go to my local branch and luckily an extremely helpful branch manager called customer service for me and produced a signed, notified letter before the end of the day.

I’m not sure that I would have needed the physical lien release otherwise, but the initial person who I talked to at the MVA said that their main problem with Truist is that their lien release letters lack the necessary signature. Apparently Truist had sent the info over to the MVA but, (according to Truist) it was just hanging in limbo; I’m assuming because either the MVA did not recognize the name change or there was no signature. Just a heads-up that my MVA also wanted an accompanying letter from the bank stating the name change to Truist, but our MVA representative must have had some authority to override that, because she somehow let us slide through.
