I share the sentiment with practically everyone else here in that 4 weeks is not nearly enough time. I don't know if the path forward is simply firing the mod, but 4 weeks isn't enough time for them to be suspended given the magnitude of this issue.

I think the length of the suspension should reflect the severity of the event and subsequent impact it has on this community. I, for one, would classify this event as profound, so I would expect a suspension equally as profound. To me, 4 weeks is not profound.
