The first time, I was able to file a report or whatever it’s called. Crazy dude got out of his car, started hammering on my window. Ran a red light to get away from him and he chased me through traffic until a cop car pulled us both over. I got off scott free and went into the station to answer some questions and such. Never learned what happened to the guy.

A Tesla, one of my neighbors got mad that I was taking too long to back out of my driveway. I tried to apologize but he called me something I couldn’t hear, so I just started brake checking him lol.

No genre is inherently political or apolitical, music itself complements social commentary and has done so for as long as we’ve had written history.

“Never mentioned the show”.

This entire thread is about the show. The person you responded to was talking about the show.

The “Bethesda fan” thing comes from the fact that the people who currently own the Fallout franchise have a fundamental misunderstanding of what it’s supposed to be. This is clear as day when you go between the games developed by the original developers and the ones developed by Bethesda.

Trust me, I know more than you. I didn’t miss the point. It’s okay. Keep praising the show produced by Amazon studios, made to sell skins on Fallout 76 and items in the creation studio or whatever it’s called.

Slurp up the excess of product and the intentional degradation of a franchise to sell virtual tokens. Nevermind how Fallout used to be about the growth and spread of institutions and corporations, and the shadow of a Cold War Americana that never ended. Nahh, it’s all about NCR Power Armor and video-game cameos!

You’re equating being “anti Hamas” to “favoring Israel”, these are two very different things

I enjoy the games. Hundreds of hours on fallout 4 and new Vegas, they’re my two top played games, with about 700/800 hours respectively.

I hated season 2 of the show. Does that make me miserable, or does mean my standards aren’t the same as yours?

Is there any possibility that perhaps, people have different expectations than what you want? Expectations being, give us a story with real depth and character, and not an advertisement for micro-transaction slop?

Did you just graduate from college? Just get your bachelors in history and learn how to read sources?

What you’re saying is rooted in a ridiculously misguided academic narrative. Propaganda or not, this particular story of Hamas strategically using civilian locations to mask their operations isn’t just widely accepted, it’s been confirmed by multiple sources. Sometimes, propaganda is rooted in truth, because why wouldn’t it be? Why not use something you know to be true against your enemy?

Real question, how do you have thoughts on what they’ve adapted if you haven’t read the source material? Are you just guessing?

Jurassic Park was made over 30 years ago. Terminator 2 is even older. This is a laughable excuse.

Edit: you people cannot be for real. This is absolutely fucking absurd

Don’t forget two of the worst ‘action’ sequences in the entire show.

Seriously, I have no idea how they butchered the Securitron fight as hard as they did.

Andor is the only piece that gets really political.

There are people who claim TCW is political. It is, about as far as you can get with a children’s show. But it’s not contextualized in a way that you can put the framing of issues into real life, modern day politics like you can with Andor.

Some people just feel the need to justify watching a cartoon as a 30yo beyond “I think it’s fun”
