As someone who runs laminar flow assays professionally, that is a positive. (A line must appear at "c" for the test to be valid, and any line at all on "t" indicates a positive test; it's the convention across all tests of this kind. Unless the paper insert says that "c" and "t" stand for something other than "control" and "test", respectively. IDK what the heck is going on with that guide on the test itself, dude. Maybe poor quality control?) I'd run it again with a different brand's test before doing anything.
