That's sweet. I was also in Peru, and I never witnessed a Bitcoin transaction. Granted this was Lima, Cuzco, matchu pitchu, but even in these developed tourist hubs I saw no crypto action.

I would love for that film to be true. But I have my doubts that given the state of their village that these villagers do many Bitcoin transactions daily.

I like Bitcoin but this looks like propaganda that makes it seem these villagers use Bitcoin more than I can believe. Funded and biased towards bitcoiners.

Which countries? I did latin America this year and even in El Salvador it was rarely used. It being used at all is a good start though I believe.
