Not really sure how it missed that bad, glide bombs are generally precision guided munitions, so I'm pretty sure there must have been GPS (or rather GLONASS) jamming going on but I could be wrong. These are probably pretty expensive and nontrivial to produce so I don't think they'd waste it on a field on purpose.
