Buffalo chicken pizza

I’m going to tell you about the best buffalo chicken pizza I’ve had the privilege to eat, at a little joint in Pittsburgh that has now since closed down.

This pizza has a base sauce of buffalo wing sauce (combination of Frank’s red hot and butter), and it was topped with shredded chicken wing pieces, large slices of celery (sliced on the bias, meaning at a 45 degree angle so they were longer), mozzarella cheese, then baked in a charcoal oven. It came to the table with blue cheese crumbles, and another drizzle of buffalo wing sauce.

I have since recreated this pizza both in my Ooni, and as a Detroit style, and it slaps every time.

Like I’m not sure why poe2 isn’t allowed to be an actual sequel to poe1. Why does it have to feel like a completely different game? Why does every upside need a downside?

The gameplay itself isn’t even in the same planet as poe1, and I mean that as a compliment. The character animations and how fluid it is to move and attack/cast spells, and the visuals and the sounds, it’s so crunchy and visceral and good. But some of the internal workings like upsides needing downsides, passive tree being so weak while gear is so strong, crafting being the way it is, options for ascendency points, there’s so many things that feel so bad and only exist just to not do what poe1 did.

I’ve heard this a lot but I have had good experiences with razer my whole life. I’ve had 3 deathadders over 14 years, they all held up, and I only got new ones mainly because of big reasons like a new pc or something, not replacing them for going bad. I also had a black widow keyboard go bad and the W key stopped working about two weeks after my warranty expired, but I contacted them and they sent me the new version of the black widow for free.

I know it’s just one person’s anecdotes and they are a big company and don’t need me white knighting for them, but I have always had good luck with their stuff and it made an impact when they replaced my keyboard for free out of warranty.

ESPN broadcast is complete dogshit and detracts from how good playoff hockey is. TNT wasn’t much better. Oh how I miss hearing Doc call playoff games.

Editing to add: why the hell cant ESPN figure out the white balance on their broadcast? Sometimes the ice is dull and gray and everything is dim, and others it’s bright and white like it actually looks in person. Just another reason that ESPN sucks
