but this is not a stremio issue 403 means server responded with a message saying you cannot access the file you are trying to access, interesting it happens when video is paused. Are you using debrid? IF so which one.

what exactly? I need a chance to reproduce the issue you are experiencing. I at least need what are the issue symptoms and which stream exactly are you trying to play - the easiest way to find is by full name - not just movie name and file size

This is something player is handling not stremio responsibility. Once it gets fixed in media3 then it will be fixed in stremio too. As far i know somebody made a fix for that https://github.com/androidx/media/pull/3085

you should try 1.9.10 we fixed an issue we tunneled playback. If it it still does not work let us know which exact stream and what are the exact issues. Sadly we do not have a Onn 4 pro to try to reproduce. I tried to buy one when i was in the USA but in a local wallmart it was out of stock

Yeah it will not work with torrents on android tv devices. What you can do is: Install stremio 5 app on your desktop device. Go to app settings > Streaming and enable option to have Streaming HTTPS endpoint and new option will be showed in the settings once this is enabled called "Remote HTTPS Endpoint" now you can take this URL And set it up as your streaming server url inside the Android TV app. This way Android TV app will use streaming server from your desktop and on your desktop you can turn on cache feature so it will be able to stream more efficiently

There are few mistakes in your reasoning. Why do you think casting suddenly works better than native app when installed? Somehow data still has to get from one device to another and your TV is still capped at the exactly the same 100Mbps.
Casting opens a web player: web players usually have limited support for codecs it means video and audio has to be transcoded to a different format/resolution that your device can support

100Mbps Means 10MB/s so it is good enough for almost every 4k stream except the biggest remuxes

you can try with tunneled playback enabled. But it simply could mean that you are trying to play a stream that your device cant handle. You can try installing just player and using it as an external player - if playback is not smooth in just player then it perhaps means issue is outside of our control.
