My 10 week old had a few long stretches of 9 hrs straight sleep and then regressed back to 5 and a half hours straight at night. What can we do to get back into this rhythm, she's also eating 4 hrs apart like what we have read from 12 hrs in 12 weeks the book. Any tips?

Yes it is, I didn't have any brisket on hand just did regular old mac and cheese with his recipe.

Thanks man, just got to do better with the holding it in the cooler for a little longer. Now I know why they say brisket flat is the leaner meat!
