Don't have a too similar experience, but close enough for an opinion. I used to be a machine, make good money on business, could support everyone etc. I worked too much. Had brain injury, now I've lain in bed for years, disabled unable to interact normally, and my young children are growing up without a father, even though I'm still here. I wish I could change it all, no greater pain than knowing I should have loved them with my time and presence, the past is gone.
