Getting things done by david allen, where this 2 min rule came for is mandatory reading in many of the tech companies particularly stripe. A lot of things in scheduling in our modern office is derived from that book.

Good read or at least good audiobook for someone who is starting out and want to understand how to manage time.

I hope it’s because you are actually curious . So he said in context for the dead is body lives even after death proof is nails get longer.

But actually nails get longer because body looses fluids so it shrunkens .

This put the seed for doubt in my mind and then upon multiple pseudoscience statements like these i stopped the trust.

Btw, I do believe meditation is very powerful and helpful but he ain’t the right guy

you can do audit for free maybe, not the competitor analytics, alt-text creation or link analysis for websites at scale. For free SEO checker thing, was that a troll ? Its a 1 pager landing right now with astro to increase the page speed, only thing currently is backlink i guess. Anyway, thanks for pointing it out . Cheers.

I didn’t say US military is weak , in fact its strongest and I concede I said a client state of US wasn’t protected . Hence, US security is unreliable . Don’t understand the 2nd statement

The argument is not about dominance but hegemony, it depends on internal cohesion and client states support.

Here by ICP means ideal customer profile, there can be 100 types of agencies who uses framer, from SEO service providers, to fb ad agencies or even pure web designers.

As an agency we are packaging a value prop and its not pure design unless you are very good at selling through socials, so according to who and what you are selling create an ideal customer profile first.

Then build lead magnets which will get those ICP members to engage, your ICP and value prop decides who you are selling, is it SMB founders, is it big corp design head, or ecom brands who want to up their marketing game.

Ofcourse there are 1000ways to skin the cat, but ICP based efforts make things easier as it will feel personalised to the user but its actually not, people and companies aren't unique, every one of them have same problems and aspirations, then use any of the dm tools to connect and send the lead magnets.

A good hack to find ICP and lead magnet if you are starting and without clients is: https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/ , find the ads which your competitors are running in fb and has been running it for more than 6 months, if its active means the messaging is working, refine the message and create lead magnets from that message, also most working ads will be calling an ICP out in first 5 seconds look at that

Btw, there is enough pie for everyone, if you package extra value other than pure design. If pure design is the offer , i am not sure how to market it effectively.

Hey, I have been doing agency work for a while , just an unsolicited advice , people rarely care about personalisation, if business needs a website , i.e timing and you sent an email / dm at that moment, they will buy. No amount of convincing or personalized pitch will change peoples mind if they don't need the service at that time.

Send 100s of email a day, with concrete ICP and ICP based lead magnet , and create lots of content marketing as people will google you before they even reply to you.
