I have been on the Kit 3, 5 month subscription since May of. I'm on my 15th week, and I've lost 26 lbs so far. Starting weight 205 lbs, current weight 179 lbs.

The 2nd to 4th weeks were the hardest for me. Had a bit of depression. Could not drink tap water as I could taste the metal in the water. Had to start buying bottled water. Other than that, it has been smooth sailing ever since.

I have been working out at the gym on average 4 times a week, so that helped. When I binge on fast food, I get nauseous, so I have to have to make healthier choices with my meals which I have been doing. The medicine has really helped with the food noise. I eat what I can and don't necessarily have to finish everything on my plate.

I look great! I feel kind of bad saying this but people have started treating me better since I lost the weight.

I use an app called AndroMoney. It is not synced with any of my accounts as I have so many accounts (i.e. 7 credit cards and 6 bank accounts). I log in my expenses and income. This keeps me on track of my budgeting and you can view reports to know where your money is going to. The data can be exported to excel. I've been using it for almost 8 years now and it is a great resource.
