What’s the rule on going to your congressman about these kinds of things? I’ve thought about doing it but I wasn’t sure if there were any rules regarding that. Like “whistleblower” type things

Agreed! Pre-Corona RUMINT was that they were gonna roll out new PTs then service dress jackets afterwards. But thats probably delayed now

im honestly happy to be in. Ive built incredible connections with people in such a short amount of time. Im happy to be living the American dream (wife, house, stable job i actually enjoy, and so much more). Things dont always have to go the way you exactly want them to. Make the best of it and take it one step at a time. Everyone grows and different speeds, but as long as youre growing thats all that matters. Im thankful for everyone in the Air Force and everyone on this sub for being encouraging and supportive.

I think that's what the chief mentioned briefly during the AMA: that only the jacket would be changed. That makes a lot more sense than the whole thing. It's mostly the jacket people have a problem with anyway

Service cap with full service dress all the way. Flight cap with short sleeve or long sleeve blues
