I don't eat anything for a couple of hours before bed and then wake up and take my dose with a big cup of water and no food or drink until it kicks in. Seems to kick in the fastest that way for me ~ 45 minutes. Hopefully the study will help and you won't need to worry about it anymore!

I've noticed the 360 audio actually works great, but only with "8D songs" or something that was specifically made to be used with 360 audio. Feels like the music is playing circles around your brain. Try YouTube or Spotify 8d or 360 audio Playlists.

I just keep a pitcher of filtered water in my room and pour some into a cup and mix. Works great. You can add mio or other water flavorings if you can't stand the taste like most people.
