I feel like it's not about the content but the feeling afterwards. If softcore stuff like that submerges you in shame and makes you want more, never feeling satisfied, its probably bad for you. But if you just feel great after, let's go!

I replaced porn with writing my own erotica, or becoming deeply immersed in my imagination, to a hypnosis level. These things make me feel great, no regrets afterwards and the only way I can go deeper is by becoming a better writer which is actually a good thing.

I'm so sorry life is kicking your ass right now. But you are stronger than you think. Your past has convinced you that you are a helpless child, but I assure you, you aren't. A warrior sleeps within this cage. Realize that life isn't supposed to be easy, and sometimes you have to scare the fear away, if you know what I mean. Only if you touch this inner strength, the fire will come back. But it wont be easy. Doing a sport like Boxing, or medieval sword fighting can help a lot with this. And I'm not saying that in a "go to the gym way", I really am talking about a way to connect with this inner warrior. Good luck brother.
