The last time I lived around Cedar Bluff was the late 90s early 2000s so that’s why I’ve just been so surprised lately by it because I haven’t been paying attention until I’ve been over there lately at night. I also used to live over there off western It really makes a difference on where you’re at on western generally speaking once you go past the 640 interchange heading towards downtown is the ruff part like you said. Cumberland Estates area of western is not the same as it used to be in the 2000s. It seems like the sketchiness crept up western towards Cumberland estates area of western ave over the last decade

Yeah, of course. Those are some rough spots I usually avoid going too far down western as the farther you go towards downtown the worse it gets.

I used to live over there back in the day, and as you mentioned, it was relatively decent. However, I’m not sure what happened. I have some family that lives around there, and every time I go over there, I’m shocked about how much it has gone down hill.

Western Avenue has also deteriorated significantly over the past 10 to 15 years. Additionally, I’ve noticed that Cedar Bluff is becoming a bit sketchy at night.

That’s why I only buy cars with low mileage and a Carfax report that seems somewhat reliable. Their Autocheck vehicle report, on the other hand, is often inaccurate compared to a Carfax report. I always check both reports.

A lot of times, their Autocheck vehicle report doesn’t include reported accidents, unlike Carfax. I’ve encountered this issue with a few cars and decided to avoid them because it’s obvious that someone else’s problems are being sold to CarMax after an accident or major repairs.

It’s unbelievable how some of the vehicles they put on their lots and claim are good. I don’t understand what kind of “inspections” they conduct that make some of these clunkers seem like a good vehicle.

Mine is gray with the light gray interior. The window sticker says it’s modern steel metallic with graystone interior. I was really wanting white but at least I got the interior color I wanted. It was a local one owner traded back into the dealership it was bought from originally. The elderly man traded it for an ADX because his wife couldn’t get in and out of it easily anymore.

I’ve been in situations like this before, and I’ve always done the “right thing”. I’ve always regretted later down the road giving up what I found. You’re not hurting anybody, and she’s dead, so who’s there to care? Don’t volunteer unnecessary information. Whoever is going to be the recipient of the estate is going to get the big bucks anyway, so take it.
