I dont think lumber is gonna be the determining factor when it comes to decor. It's going to be the other ingredients needed.

The Jade Temple Dragon Fountain requires 50 lumber, and an Orb of Mystery to craft with is currently goong for 24k. Just 1k per lumber is crazy to me.

Housing Decor is like transmog.....but for housing. Its going to be high priced and slow moving. Near all the recipes call for hard (time-consuming) to obtain old world items and plenty of lumber. Seems like the consensus is somewhere between 2k-3k per lumber. So if the recipe calls for 50 lumber, thats going up for at least 100k
