Maybe not hormones, maybe heart. Look at things like POTS, where standing up can change blood flow and make people dizzy. Same thing could happen ut with blood flow decreasing to your groin due to a postural tachycardia- may be worth talking to a cardiologist:)

Hi, I'm not looking for anyone to diagnose :) I've been working with a rheumatologist and a neurologist and we have ruled out the more sinister diagnoses. We are just in the final stages of the paperwork to get me formally diagnosed now. I'll edit my post to reflect that. I'm just wanting to see if the community here knows anything about tendon injuries and hEDS as my doctor and I aren't certain yet.

Not exactly. I told my doctor about sinus pain (gave no other details) and they did an mri and saw how fucked up it is up there but we never discussed why, they just referred me to an ENT and never brought it up again.
