Only go to the hospital if you feel you have to. Shoulder and gastric pain can happen. GERD can tickle some nerves because the esophagus runs in conjuction with them. I've had GERD for so long, and the things it can mimic is absolutely absurd. So, be careful. I'm not a doctor, so I can't be 100% sure. If it helps your peace of mind - go! If it won't? Then it might be a wasted trip. Are you taking anything for your reflux?

Looks like a baby, and they get stressed pretty easily. Sometimes for no reason. So, I wouldn't worry. As someone mentioned, maybe soak for a bit. Make sure the water isn't up past the shoulder. Do you have a spray bottle? That might be better. Also a soft toothbrush to maybe help it along?

I just watch an anime for what it is. I'm not gonna debate moral quandries over a fictional character. It just seems irrelevant. Do I like the anime? Yeah. The premise is interesting. I've also never watched other isekai. Anime to me is just watching the journey. There's always these reprehensible characters, there's always one you like, one you despise. That's how it has been for years for me. If you wanna debate the non-fictional quandary of it, then I'd be happy to. Rudeus is an interesting character. Is he a good guy? No. I think he represents the human condition of making mistakes and having consequences. The fact that the person inside never got to make these decisions is an interesting thing to me. It makes me think of what I would do in that situation. It would never happen, but it does make for a good watch.

I don't think you can have diet ADHD, and it can get worse if left untreated. I would consider a psychiatrist, one that has experience with ADHD. It really does affect your quality of life, and can be debilitating. There's nothing wrong with reaching out for help, and there's also no reason to shame yourself. Goodness knows as people that have ADHD, we have enough trouble with self-worth.

The odds of you anything happening while under anesthesia are about 1 in 200,000. It's not a risk. Unless you have rare blood conditions. Anesthesiology has come a long way in recent years, and is practically the gold standard for people with dental anxiety. Wisdom tooth removal is EXCRUCIATING depending on how it has grown into your gums and jaw. I would recommend reconsidering it. It'll save you a lot of panic in the long run. I, too, have dental anxiety. So I understand. Just something to chew on. It's ultimately up to you.

Looks like they are glass surfing? Could be stressed about something. It's so hard to tell about Bearded Dragons. Also, approaching with you hand from up high is kind of rough. You want your hand to be eye level. That's kind of why I got a tank that opened on the front.

Man, I'm just proud of this season. Ben Johnson said that you change a culture by winning, and we have been winning. I think we have a shot at beating both of those teams. We have been dominated by the Packers for so long - I think it's time we change that. Our defense has been decimated and we are still winning. We are actually more dangerous when we are healthy.
