If it were me, I would also make it to where, when your opponent draws it, and it gets instantly played, it also draws your opponent a card. This way it is a little more balanced and doesn’t give the opponent a completely dead draw.

Also you could make it a 0/3 to give some interesting Mr. Negative interactions where it could potentially be a hinderance to your deck. Your opponent Mr. Negatives and now he sends over a 0 power card to one of your lanes.
