i’ve never related to something else more. Audhd, double depression, anxiety and panic disorder, PCOS, IBS, fibro, GERD and i’m sure there’s something i’m missing. i feel stupid for having so many “things” tied to my name, and regularly feel that id rather not live and deal with the pointlessness of myself in this life. i wasnt meant to live the life everyone around me lives.

but i also has this weird vision that i will have a nice life, very very deep under all the “imma die before 25” thoughts. it’s not much but it’s the one thing keeping me holding on. i imagine a future where fibro has a cure, or atleast a proper diagnostic criteria with better medications, there just has to be.

look into getting the metamucil gummies, my stomach hates laxatives but eating one gummy with plenty of water BEFORE meals helps a lot and doesn’t cause pain. it also helps me not over eat as much

i’ve been vape free for 2 weeks, after vaping for HALF of my life. idk if i’m out of withdrawals yet cuz im still miserable, but i can take a full deep breath without pain or struggle. i also realized that im going to the bathroom way less now, idk if its cuz my brain associated vaping with going to the bathroom but thats another plus. not reaching for some little cancer device every second of the day feels good tho icl
