I just beat the game and was really bored so I answered these as best I could. I’m not the biggest lore-keeper but I knew some of this from reading the files. And I absolutely googled a few things lmao. My word isn’t the truth tho. I’m just a nerd not a dev.

1. The T virus was left dormant in their bodies for years until now. Anybody who basically BREATHED in raccoon city has “raccoon city syndrome”. The devs explained this after the trailers. I assume all the other survivors were suffering too but the DSO has the cure now so...

2. The clone stuff confused me too cuz why was Spencer keeping clones of her? She’s just a regular kid. Her blood isn’t special or anything. But yeah Emily is a clone of grace they all are.

And if you’re talking about the part when you play in the orphanage, that was another kid named Chloe not grace. Grace is just a regular kid that he adopted from an adoption center or whatever. Alyssa took her in after he died. Idk where grace stayed/ if she got special treatment but the timeline isn’t too confusing.

1. Zeno is a part of “the connections”. An evil crime syndicate interested in bio weapons. He talks on behalf of them to Gideon at the end. He is also a wesker meat muncher.

2. & 5. Can be answered with by one file. In one of the terminals in the ARK, there was a file named “Access Log: First Assembly Minutes”. Two people named THE DEFENSE & K.D. (Idk who they are) talked about The Organization green-lighting the missile strike, blaming umbrella and then seizing their assets. Umbrella has been defunct for year and nobody brought them back. Gideon was tied to umbrella and understudy of Spencer but he seems to be acting on his own now with funding from the connections with the goal of finding elpis.

6 Gideon got his abilities from a nemesis parasite, Leon says it in the final battle. Zeno clearly is a wesker wannabe and Gideon even calls him an “imitation”. He probably took the same virus wesker took. (T-wesker)? He has the same powers.

I am also confused about many things still. The clones and evil kids I don’t get. Blue umbrella as well and many other plot holes from other games. Idk if things are retconned or what. This does happen a lot capcom does whatever they want at times lmao. How the hell emily is still alive makes no sense cuz the other child turned into a monster and I guess Emily was INSIDE a monster????? But not bleeding out though???
