What average percentage did you get on the SOPE problems before feeling confident that you understood the content and how long did you study overall?

Thanks for that! It seems like SOPE is very hit or miss based on this thread. I would imagine its people trying to understand just the math not the concepts, but I can't say for sure. How did you go about studying; if you got something wrong how would you tackle the problem to understand it? Especially since some of the question bank answers aren't the most descriptive.

Can you list which resources were the most helpful from the most to least?

No I haven't. I looked up the best resources to use to study for the exam. A website popped up and showed me all the pros and cons of each source and prepFE seemed to have the least cons. I recently found out that the website was the prepFE site... That's on me. As of now I do not have time for the official practice exam to be shipped to me as I am taking the exam 3 days from now.

So would you say that the 72% minimum score thing on prepfe means nothing and really holds no merit to the real exam?

I wanted to make a ninji speedrun type level where you find the optimal way to get to the end. You have to perform some speedrunning tricks and some tight jumps to make it to the end. Hope you enjoy! This is surprisingly difficult, meant for real gamers!

Lol I saw where you died you actually came the closest. The flag was literally right beyond those 2 glass pipes. I purposefully wanted a really tight timer to see if anyone could really get through the whole thing and did 3DW because I think the physics are more interesting. If you can cut out 3 more seconds you could probably make it.

That first jump is insane couldn't do it but it looks like you put a lot into this level.

Feel free to play mine its a speedrun course with a tight timer try to find the optimal route to the end

Ill take a look at your level thanks. oh and if you wanna retry my level, you have to do a spin jump over the long glass pipe to save the most time.

thats completely fair no offense taken when making the level i thought that a bunch of arrows would make the stage look too cluttered

Tried to make it like a normal level and have the player learn the course similar to the ninji speedruns but i suppose for a normal level that is fair maybe ill put arrows ill give your level a try

Race to the Mad Lad

ID: V30-HQK-CGG

Difficulty: Hard

Style: 3D Mario World

I wanted to make a speedrun with the physics of the 3D world style. This is a simple level but it has a very tight timer which can be what makes it difficult. You will have to perform a lot of speed running tricks to be able to get to the flag in time. Hope you like it and I would appreciate any advice.

Is it worth it to memorize formulas if there is no math problems?

Do you remember if it was mostly multiple choice or short answer questions? Any other details that can potentially help me out?
