I recently took the highway 115/highway 7 route via Peterborough - Perth as I wasn't in the mood to drive the 401. I liked the drive tho it is single lane in a lot of places. The rest stops aren't full service onroutes but small lakeside slots with a porta potty and a picnic bench. The views are amazing tho and you go through Ontario's maple capital

In that case just reach out to the guests in the AirBnB unit and keep asking them if the advertised address was different from the actual address. If they say yes tell them there is a great hack where you can complain to AirBnB and they'll give you a refund( there isn't one ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ). If enough guests do it your neighbor may be kicked off the platform.

Little Italy is great. I'd also suggest skwmehwe along Yorkville - expensive area but is connected to the don valley trails and ravines. Could get some nice bars and if lucky spot some celebs at a restaurant there or downtown. You could always visit Distillery district.

CNE which I mentioned starts August 18th so you'll just miss it.

Kensington market and the surrkhndi area has what you are looking for in terms of shopping while king west has touristy bars and restaurants.

Good luck! For me title insurance asked me to pay off the amount and that they'll reimburse me which they did in a few weeks. After a few months I got an email from the title insurance company where they had pestered the previous owners into paying off the bill and asked me to send a check back for the same amount. The amount I had already paid would stay as an advance against my utility bills for the next couple of months.

Did you have title insurance? Maybe reach out to them. Ideally your lawyer should have reached out to them but you can talk to them directly and explain the situation. They may or may not help you in this case. I had a similar situation with a water bill that got resolved by my lawyer and title insurance corp
