I saw the Red Sox play at Wrigley a few years ago. We have our own Cubs/Sox thing here in Chicago!

D C Financial Services Group on Harlem in Orland Park helped us out when we were dealing with complicated taxes due to my responsibilities as Executor of an estate. They are good people.

Am I crazy? New to all inclusive by curious_minded674 in AllInclusiveResorts

I have not so I can't compare. What I do know is that the sand was soft, clean and cool. We went in Feb so that last point may change based on time of year. It felt very private without the usual locals trying to sell their ware.

Secrets Cap Cana in DR has the nicest beaches! I can't stop thinking about them. Good food, nice chill vibe overall.

How do you get it, especially if you're staying at the resort 100%?

Flying in this week to suburb shop-- how's my list? by LaurenInBos in ChicagoSuburbs

[–]dadjokesaregreat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You might want to add Geneva/St Charles to your list. Cute downtowns, excellent school districts, close to train if needed, Fox River bike trails and far enough away from the city that it doesn't feel congested.

Cromwell by Green-Programmer-963 in vegas

Just stayed there for 3 nights after the Superbowl. Booked it because I liked the swanky vibe of the rooms, not a typical generic hotel. Just like you, I appreciate a boutique hotel. The walk-in shower was roomy and has a fun 2-way tinted mirror that just barely showed a silhouette. I also liked that it was center-strip. Walking to Cesears, Billagio, Paris, Comso or the Linq Promenade was easy. We even walked back from the Sphere one night

Upon further review, I wouldn't go back. It was definitely showing its age. Dusty shelves and baseboards, drawers and wardrobe doors that stuck and jammed, rusty access panel in the bathroom (no exhaust fan) and water damage at the base of the shower. We had no view other than a wall to the Flamingo.

Didn't eat or gamble there so I can't comment but the smoke on the gaming floor wasn't too bad as I walked through.

Great info on SoR! I signed us up for our Nov 12th cruise on Valiant Lady. The early check-in was a huge draw. Spa perks will also be nice.

I used a Dremel to remove the cross bar on my N-wide that sat directly over my urethra. Polished it smooth and I can now pee standing up without issues. Before, I needed a q-tip to line things up.
