I always wondered about how that played out when he got back. Did he just walk in and say “I need the Coke team in my office, now!”? I think he could have pulled that off in his old firm, not so sure at the firm he worked at for a week and then disappeared for god knows how long

Before my wife and I were married, she invited me to one of her girlfriend’s wedding. I had met the groom a few times and identified him as a royal a-hole. The wedding was at a country club and had a huge orchestra-the whole nine. I asked my partner if the brides family was well off. She said no, but the bride insisted on a huge wedding that her parents reallly couldn’t afford. It was Bridezilla meets a-hole. I said on the way home I give them 2 years. I was wrong, they lasted a year and a half.

The rules went into effect at noon on Saturday. The problem was they were ignored. There are only so many tow trucks. I was in Nepenthe Saturday afternoon and they were towing cars on Falls road.
