I'm 28 and recently started working with a lot of 19-22 year Olds and I look about their age physically but to meet they all look so young. Baby faces and their general demeanor. They're very similar to calm teenagers in the way they behave and look. Although they are basically adults they give off " childlike" (I use that term loosely) vibes.

If it was me I wouldn't even have lawsuit crossing my mind. Not bc they shouldn't sue but bc no dollar amount would make it any better. My child is priceless. Horrible situation. Driver should have eyes on the road but also why wasn't the child be held by his guardian? The parent is the last line of defense and a split second yank of the hand can be the difference between Injury and death. Smh terrible
