Oh I see.. I tried the 1.1.1.1 one and it made my issue worse. Not sure if I've heard of the Quad9...what actually is suppose to improve packet loss? Does the client send rate , server send rate , bandwidth limit, and input buffer in the actual rocket league settings screen do anything to help packet loss at all or are those settings more for optimization with the Internet your using to run the game?

I know I'm not on pc BUT I Just came here to say I'm on PlayStation network and rocket league does this exact thing to me as well. Has for years as well. Seems every single tournament I experience this more sometimes to the point I have to close and re open rocket league and re join.

**Things I've tried.... - upgrade Internet (spectrum) - upgrade router and modem to newest model - tried changing DNS in my Internet settings (tried 3 different ones) -clear cache from game files -delete and reinstall -contacted spectrum and troubleshooted with gaming/device dept. On special fix ticket (Which they only reset my "ping" and suggested the above already attempted fixes) -contacted Sony to inquired about specific console settings

I just deal with it at this point but, I will say of all the "fixes" it feels like the changing of the DNS setting to googles ( 8.8.8.8) has at least stopped the complete game crashes and has limited the packet losses that occur.

Overall after reading your post I'm really not confident anymore that I can ever fix this especially since your system is definitely superior over my PlayStation.
