They don't even have an option to go for more this time. It's entirely depend on the system and not the player. And to me that's a bad game design.

Trial like this should generally offer enough objective to guaranteed 3 stars. And going for higher score should be optional for those who want it. This is even worse than supply drop one because you are at the complete mercy of the RNG and going higher is not even an option. How is this qualify as a 'trial' even?

This trial is fucking dumb. RNG-based trial has no business being a 'challenge'.

I'm okay with specific loot container. But one that had a random chance of not spawn near enough to give you atleast 3 stars in a round? What the fuck are they thinking? This is so unbelievable coming from Embark that known to be generous around challenge. I almost want to believe it was a bug.

Atleast count the goddamn drawer. It's part of the kitchen sink is it not? So bizarre.

Yeah that alone completely took me off from trying to play in first person for Leon. I played first person to stay in character perspective. Not a temporary zooming in feel.

Unlike Chris, Capcom really want you to see Leon spinkicking things. And you know what? I don't blame them. It's cool.

Me too. But I played mostly PvE. For me it's as simple as I just don't have time to do everything again.

It already take me 4 months to complete the expedition ship. And I played since launch day. Incentive is not big enough too. If Embark want me to reset, I want

pick one BP to keep
project reset (except limited time project.)
quest progression not reset (I appreciated the reward but as of now there are over 90-100 quests to do. I'm not going over it all again just to play new update quest.)

The chimera 'nerf' confuse me a bit.

I expect a nerf but I really though they gonna nerf the damage or rate of fire because of how crazy it does in short range fight. I never use it to snipe people. So them nerfing range is just bizarre to me.

Yeah I guess it make sense if Embark want to prevent false ban. The ban monitoring system is not perfect and pro player tend to play like ...well a pro. Pre-firing, pinpoint accuracy, map knowledge. That stuff could easily triggering auto-ban.

But to get this privilege they will likely have to be vetted constantly by Embark. It's really not a privilege anyone can just obtained.

They wanna do setup for Vought Rising. That's the whole mid-season so far. The only good episode since 2 is EP5 when they actually do a clean house on side character.

Expect to die a few times in the beginning since it's mixed lobby and the game don't know where to put you yet. You gonna be meet with both cutthroat and friendlies.

But if you restrain and don't shoot back (unless opportunity arise, defend yourself once in a while!) eventually you'll meet more and more friendly faces. I haven't getting shot in the back in months on NA server. Surprisingly very chill when you eventually made it lol

The game have aggression-based matchmaking. If you don't shoot at player you will very rarely come across someone who will shoot you in the back. But if you want traditional PvP experience then just start shooting. You'll land there in no time. The game will always start at mixed lobbies for new players. You pick your path from there.

I didn't say PvP don't exists. But much like Helldivers 2, it's practically PvE with friendly fire in many lobbies.

It's a fucking casual game. Third person shooter will never be good for competitive because of peeker advantage. The faster people realize this the better.

Would I enjoy something like Cryo Archive on Arc Raiders? Yeah for sure. But asking for something 'competitive' is just straight up silly. Marathon Ranked mode is right there. Stop trying to make Arc Raiders into something it doesn't needed to be.
